Garden Luncheon Recap

Thursday June 23rd was a hot day for an outdoor luncheon, but with a few strategically placed sheets, shade tents and a slight breeze, everyone who attended enjoyed themselves! 

Delicious sandwiches were served, including egg salad made from eggs from a local Clearwater farm (seen here being garnished with fresh dill by Harvest Moon staff Jo-Lene Gardiner), and fresh greens from the Harvest Moon Gardens. There was also homemade rhubarb pavlova for dessert.

Visitors, including some familiar local faces as well as a large group from the Miami Horticultural Society enjoyed tours and the grounds and gardens. After lunch, entertainment was provided by Gary and Heather Gardiner.
