You'll need a mat, comfy clothing and any props, blankets etc you like to feel comfortable in your practice.

Hatha Yoga is the physical practice of yoga, with an emphasis on breath, relaxation, repetition, stability, balance and full body stretching. In this nourishing, hour-long class we’ll build strength and mobility while aligning body, mind and breath. These classes will explore breathing practices, a variety of poses, gentle flows and short meditations so you can leave feeling relaxed, calm and centered.

These classes will be beginner friendly but for mixed experience levels, meaning there will be some poses that may challenge you and many that may be familiar.
