Winter is a time of rest; plants blanketed with snow hibernate awaiting Spring. This rest time is important in the cycle of growth. Just like plants, people also need time to rest from busy lives and rejuvenate. To flourish, we need to dream of spring and of beginning the growth cycle once more.

Weekend Yoga Retreat Package

The retreat includes:

  • active and restorative yoga
  • guided meditations
  • a nature-themed educational talk
  • small group, supportive community

Unfortunately we will not be holding this event in 2017.

Cancellation Policy

Participation may be cancelled one month in advance for a full refund. Cancellations two weeks in advance receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than two weeks in advance do not receive a refund, unless a medical certificate is presented, then a 50% refund will be issued.

Alerry Lavitt – Yoga Instructor

A yoga teacher for over 13 years, Alerry’s down to earth teaching integrates precision, challenge, mindfulness and deep relaxation. Alerry has studied Iyengar, Kripalu, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Trained as an Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist, and studying as Osteopath, her extensive knowledge of anatomy and injuries provide a therapeutic structure that is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, previous experience or physical condition. Alerry currently teaches classes at Yoga Public and in workplaces.
